Easter Eggs Hidden Throughout the Game

Ovos de Páscoa

UbiSoft Dirt Logo

Ubisoft developed this racing video game. The developer's logo is included in the game as an easter egg. The logo can be found in “Central” close to the Kunia Fields. The logo is represented by a series of dirt mounds and can be seen when zooming out of the map.

Celebrity Faces

There are several celebrity faces spray painted on walls throughout the game. President Obama’s face can be found on the factory wall just outside the suburb of Kaka Ako in the South.

Lost Easter Egg

Ubisoft is the developer of the game “Lost.” The game is based on the American science fiction drama series “Lost.” In the series, a plane crashes on a mysterious island, and the survivors are forced to find ways to survive.

The Lost series was filmed almost entirely on the Island of Hawaii. The Pilot episode of Lost was filmed on Mokulē'ia Beach. The same beach is used in the game and is the location of the Oceanic 815 crash site.

The Money Glitch

Glitches

In the game, there is a simple and easy way to make money. Firstly, to perform the money glitch, you will need to have completed the vintage garage playlist. You can unlock custom races once you have completed the vintage garage playlist.

Unlock custom races and find a race called “Kiss Me Kombi.” In the event settings, you must turn on “Clean Driving.” Then go to the “Difficulty” settings below and max out all the settings to their highest.

Before starting the event, make sure to use a fast car. The Alfa GP is the fastest car you can use to do the “Kiss Me Kombi” event. For this glitch, you will need to win the race; if you win, you will receive $20 705.

Winning the race is one of the quickest ways to make money in the game. You can restart the event as many times as you want and make over $100,000 in less than 10 minutes of gameplay.

Treasure Box Glitch

Glitches

In the game, a glitch allows you to force-spawn in treasure boxes. To make the glitch work, start at the Palm Springs Riot and follow your way down the coast until you come across a treasure box.

Quit and restart your game as soon as you find the treasure box. Once you have restarted your game, you can travel the same route to uncover another treasure box. Use a Rally Car or Porsche when driving from Palm Springs Riot up the coast.

How to Improve Your Gameplay

Dicas

Customize Your Controls

You can customize the control settings for driving your vehicle. If you are accustomed to driving manually, you can change the settings from automatic to manual or vice versa. Driving with a manual gearbox is always faster than using an automatic. Manual allows you to change your gears through the corners.

Import Your Vehicles

If you played The Crew 2 and have upgraded to the latest version of the game, you can now import your collection of vehicles. To import your cars from the previous game, go into the game settings and click “Import vehicles” at the bottom of the screen.

Use Shortcuts

When racing, use shortcuts to decrease your lap time. Let off your speed if you decide to use a shortcut on the dirt. Speeding through a dirt road shortcut will cause your car to spin in the dirt.

Practise Makes Perfect

You may struggle at first to get the hang of certain tracks and the feel of a car. The more you practice driving your vehicle, the faster you will become in the game. Practice drifting into corners and using your NOS only when it’s needed.

Beginners Guide

Dicas

At the start of the game, you’ll first need to create your character and go through a tutorial. After completing the tutorial and tasting what’s to come, you’ll need to select one of three cars.

You can select a 2019 BMW Z4 M40i, a 2009 Honda S2000, or a 2024 Ford Mustang GT Convertible. The BMW and the Mustang are the fastest of the three options; while the Honda may look cool, it takes the longest to reach top speed.

Once you have picked out a vehicle, the game will introduce Cara to your assistant. You’ll then need to decide on one of 15 playlists. Every playlist follows its storyline; the “Hawaii Scenic Tour” is a relaxed playlist where you drive around the island.

The “Made in Japan” is one of the most competitive playlists that puts you up against some formidable drivers. The “Main Stage” playlist is a live service where you find your monthly calendar events. Every month is dedicated to a different aspect of American racing with unique events.

These offline events allow you to use various vehicles and earn some cash for winning races. Completing these events earns you special rewards as you progress through the Legend Levels.

Completing a Legend Level rewards you with Legend Points, which you can use to upgrade aspects of your vehicle, driver, and other statistics. Between completing events and playlists, there are many side activities and challenges to complete.

The easiest side activities to complete are the Feats. These are essentially mini-challenges that test your driving skills and how fast you can drive. It’s best to attempt these challenges as you come across them in the game. Winning Feats will reward your characters with XP and money.

You must also use the game’s Photo Mode and snap pictures of specific features. Completing a Photo Op will reward your character with XP and money. Furthermore, treasures can also be collected in the game.

Pay attention to the map at the bottom of your screen, as it will tell you when you are near a treasure box. Your map will blink faster the closer you get to a treasure box. To collect a treasure box, you simply have to drive over one and press the collect button.

There are currently several online modes to try out. The game offers online modes such as Demolition Royale and the Grand Race. As the names suggest, these modes allow you to destroy your opponents, upgrade your ride into a monster truck, and race to be first in line.

You can also compete off the road under the Custom Show. In this mode, you can submit one of your customized vehicles. The community decides which custom-built car is the winner.

Winning a custom car show earns you some valuable rewards. Registering your vehicle is free, and if you don’t feel like competing, you can always vote for your favorite customized vehicle.

Speaking of vehicles, there are over 600 cars to choose from at the Car Shop. You can find any of the 600 vehicles through the game’s search screen. Every car is categorized into classifications, which makes it easier to browse.

Unlock every vehicle by completing playlists and rack up a sizeable amount of money through winning races. Once you have saved enough money, purchase vehicles and add them to your garage.
