Hamlet reference
Easter EggsIn Rudi’s room, there is a skull you can interact with to have B.J. say “Alas, poor Yorick” in reference to Hamlet.
Nightmare Levels
Easter EggsAll nine chapters (counting the prologue) contain a room with a bed where you can rest to enter a “Nightmare” level that lets you play through the corresponding level from Wolfenstein 3D.
There is also a secret 10th Nightmare level. Near the end of the first Nightmare level near the elevator, you can find a secret room with a hidden elevator that leads to an additional secret level, the 10th level.
Skyrim helmet
Easter EggsAt the end of the prologue, there is a helmet sitting on the desk near the radio. It is the Dragonborn Helmet from Skyrim.
Nuka Cola
Easter EggsVending machines found in the game include “Nuka Cola” from the Fallout series.
Quake keychain
Easter EggsWesler’s keychain, shown at the start of the prologue, features the Rocket Launcher from Quake 3.
Grammar Nazi
Easter EggsIn Chapter 2, you can overhear one Nazi criticizing another for not using proper grammar, a nod to the “Grammar Nazi” nickname for someone who is overly concerned with correcting grammar.

Easter EggsIn Rudi’s room, there is a doll of a Cacodemon from Doom.
