To run The Surge 2 it is recommended that you have a minimum of an 2 GB, AMD Radeon R9 280 / NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950. The recommended graphic card for the best visual experience is an 6 GB, AMD Radeon RX Vega 56 / NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti (or better).

DirectX Version 11 should also be available on your system.

CPU Requirements

The Surge 2 requires that you have a minimum of an AMD FX-8320 (3.5 GHz) / Intel i5-4690K (3.5 GHz) processor. For the best game experience an AMD FX-8370 (4.0 GHz) / Intel Core i7-3820 (3.6 GHz) (or better) processor is recommended.

Some games require a powerful CPU in order to manage the game engine. The game engine deals with things like processing network communications for multi-player games and the AI of your enemies in strategy games. Some games are considered CPU intensive or CPU dependent. Most modern games offload work directly to the GPU and don't require a powerful CPU for demanding visuals.

Memory Requirements

It is recommended that you have a minimum of 8 GB RAM to run The Surge 2. The recommended amount of memory for the best game experience is 16 GB RAM (or more).
