Wolfenstein: The New Order Preorders Come with Doom Beta

If you’ve been waiting for news on Wolfenstein: The New Order, you’ll be pleased to hear that release dates for the shooter have been announced at last. It will be released in North American on May 20, Australia on May 22, and Europe on May 23, for the PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.

Bethesda released a new trailer for the game, which showcases series protagonist B.J. Blazkowicz, along with other important heroes and villains. The New Order follows an alternate history in which the Nazis won World War II.

But the “BOOM BOOM” trailer does more than just highlight Blazkowicz’s grim struggle. It ends with the announcement that if you preorder The New Order, you will receive access to the beta for the next Doom game.

According to a product page that has surfaced, the preorders will include a key code players can redeem to enter the beta. We haven’t heard a lot about Doom 4, which has since been renamed just “Doom,” but with a beta just months away, we should hear more information soon.
