Over the summer, we compiled all the information we had at the time about Bugsnax, the quirky upcoming game from Young Horses that has drawn inspiration from Ape Escape, Dark Cloud, Pikmin 3, and other various titles to create a creature-catching, town-restoring game that has captured the imaginations of many expectant players.
Now we know exactly when we’ll be able to experience the weirdness and wonders of Bugsnax for ourselves. Bugsnax will be available on November 12 for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via the Epic Games Store. It costs $24.99, and pre-orders are available now.
Alongside the release date announcement, a new trailer was released introducing the cast of characters in Bugsnax, as well as the actors who voice them. This is our first major look at the characters we’ll be interacting with in the game, so be sure to check it out.
That’s not all, however. Some sites have been able to preview the game, giving us our first taste of Bugsnax gameplay. GameSpot released a 31-minute gameplay preview video showing the start of the game, so that’s definitely something to watch if you’re curious about what Bugsnax is like, as it features character interactions, Bugsnax observation, and other important aspects of gameplay.
Bugsnax is shaping up to be quite a different title than the developers’ previous game, Octodad, and it’s just over a month away. Will you be playing Bugsnax when it releases on November 12?Tags: Bugsnax, Young Horses
